Adult Program
Targeted at adults, we welcome all belt levels welcome to train and practice the art of Tae Kwon Do to train with us! This class incorporates stretching to enhance flexibility, cardio vascular exercises to increase endurance, and self-defense for real life situations. In addition, we cover traditional Korean forms, one step sparring, blocking, kicking and punching techniques.
